After a really bad experience with a property management company in Las Vegas, I had the opportunity to take a look at the reviews of Eloff on Yelp. I contacted Eloff after that and in our conversation, I found him to be very knowledgeable about the rental market and seemed very eager to earn my business. I've been doing business with him now for over 2 years and frankly, I have simply not had to worry at all about our property in Las Vegas. In the last 6 weeks, our tenant of 3 years gave their notice and Eloff handled transitioning from the former tenant to a new one in 3 days! Unlike my former property manager, Eloff has never once created any impression of a conflict of interest by pushing any vendors for me to use. Review long overdue. Ken has been my LV realtor since 2005 and 13yrs later he still is. He has been very accommodating from start to finish. The wife and I were looking for a investment and he found us one in Henderson. We didn't have to fly down to LV. He showed us the listing/pictures, we agreed on everything, papers were sent to us (Bay Area) we transferred the down and had tenents (he can take care of that too).
